I tried without any problems.

Just select the theme colours you want and go to display and under lockscreen wallpaper, select the photo and crop to the screen size and click ok.

Let me check with you.

Did you go to Settings/Dev Options/Protect USB storage and enable it?

nope..is off...must ON it?

This settings must be off.

Then check whether the picture you chose can be found in Album app.
If you cannot find it, then try to reboot your phone.

Once you can find it in Album app, you should be able to use it for lockscreen.

Good luck. :D

Did you use Pattern for screen lock? Seems like you can only change lock screen wallpaper when using Swipe for screen lock.

Yes, I am not using the pattern or password lock and I try to change the lockscreen wallpaper, no problem changing the lockscreen wallpaper too.

Have you try other pictures? Maybe the problem lies with your picture? :D

Put pictures into internal memory and try?

Worse, just reflash firmware.
But back up to do clean installation.

What you can do is repair via pc companion, guess it is firmware corruption.
