Just got my Reservice Appointment ?.?

Well just got my 1st ICT letter,

and it says like this,

"Kindly be Informed you have been posted to 686 GDS/ BN HQ / OPS SUPPORT SECT as PS ASST..."

I'm not very well verse with their Short form abbreviations so, can someone spell it out for me?

I know 686 GDS is my 1st guards, BN HQ = Battalion HQ? but what is Ops support sect and PS ASST?

Can explain abit?

Guardsman clerk? Lol! But last time really got combat clerk vocation lor. Wear helmet, SBO, rifle & cheong sua. Then when field HQ is set up, he will sit in the tentage with his computer & stuff. When "contacted" must everything on & take up defensive position. Lol!

because u dun like your job so u shld just quit it. not everybody hates their job. some people are so crazy abt their job that they think ict is a disruption not a holiday.

Totally agree with you. I rather go to work anyday. Enjoy it 100X times more than ICT.

Some ppl have lobo jobs & siong vocation so of course they dread to kena SAF100. For those with siong jobs & lobo vocation of course they enjoy ICT. Its all subjective. This kind of thing also want to argue? Walau!

Think of it positively. Clear your 10 ICT early & you r a free man early. Surely u dont want to still be doing your ICT, IPPT & RT when u are in your forties & married with kids.
