Just ordered HP spectre 13

Just ordered a HP spectre 13 from harvey norman online.
$1888 self collect at HN millenial walk.


What do i need to look out for? Will there be a factory seal on the box to ensure that it is a new set?

just make sure they break the seal infront of you and not simply "pass" you the display set. When you open the screen, make sure no fingerprints on it (another tell-tale sign of display set) and usually the 1st boot takes awhile to load (setting user name, region, time, windows update setting) instead of booting straight into windows.

Understand the warranty matters as in period, service center and requirements.

If possible do ask them to state on for 1 to 1 exchange in case of serious problem within a short period of time.

And if there is any warranty card issued or may need to register online to confirm the warranty requirements.

Check all accessories are brand new in sealed plastic with references on items that come with as stated in the manual or records.

Harvey Norman is reputable. They should offer you one to one within 7 days of collection. Especially if you're collecting from the millenia store.
