Go through your warm up. Warm up even more than usual. Often times you'll find yourself right as rain after.

I do. Usually workout right before breaking fast. Or an hour or so after breaking fast(with only a light meal to break the fast). Meal portion will depend on your goals. You just need to get your required calories in within the time frame while not sleeping too late and eating up your recovery/sleep time.

Last year i managed to not lose any weight during the fasting month(for those people who say they lose a bunch of muscle/weight etc).

Interesting. Hmmm do you guys notice any energy loss? I mean like you can't perform what you normally do during normal days? Thanks for sharing anyway

The 15kg is both sides without barbell. Am I doing it wrong? Correct me please :)

In that case you r doing 50 kg the total weight. No u r doing fine just that u should indicate the total weight. So it is not your weakness 50kg 5x5 is very respectable for me. Well done

I don't see many ppl doing this weight for OHP and u just starting.

You're training at home bro? Hmm, weird that your BB is only 5kg.. Is it a 1.2m long BB?

Anyways, I'm kindda a novice too, my OHPs are plateauing at 45 kg for 5x5.. All the other stats are picking up smoothly except for maybe BBR where I think I might start to plateau close to 60 kg..

Gonna do more accessory work man..

so your stats would be

Squats 50 x 5 x 5
OHP 35 x 5 x5
DL 60 x 5 x 1

I can't even lift 35 on OHP
T.T

that's right. Its okay man, its not bout what you can do, its bout the progress and hard work. You will eventually reach there :) nobody can lift 35kg ohp instantly!
