if you plan to stick with dota 2 and CS GO can last a good amount of time but BF4 max 1080p only. The rest of the next gen game maybe still can last like 2~3 years but will slowly drop to Mid settings lo. for editing purposes can still last quite some time cause the main processing unit is the the CPU in which your case is a I7.
