K401UQ VS UX305CA

Hi all,

I am interested in getting a lightweight laptop for school purpose and I have shortlisted these 2 models

My only concern is battery life, hope to get around 5-6hrs with internet/work usage.

I definitely do not need the i7 processing speed in the K401UQ but the processing power of UX305CA may not be good enough (Up to 2.2ghz but base is 0.9ghz)

Perhaps any users of K401UQ or K401LB(older model) can help to provide some insights on the battery life?

I do not have both models, but you could read this short thread and have some reference about their performance.

K401 is around 1.8kg, I don't think you like to carry a 2kg brick every day.
