Gratz for your wedding.

Your itinerary seems alot of changing of accommodation.

14/11 - SIN-Nagoya(arrive morning) to Takayama (1st accommodation)
15/11 - Takayama to Oku Hida (2nd accommodation)
16/11 - Oku Hida to Toyama via Alpine route/matsumoto (3rd accommodation)
17/11 - Toyama to Kanazawa & Shirakawa (4th accommodation)
18/11 - Kanazawa to Oomaki Onsen (5th accommodation)
19/11 - Oomaki to Kyoto (6th accommodation)
20/11 - Nara for photoshoot
21/11 - Kyoto
22/11 - Kyoto
23/11 - Kinosaki Onsen (7th accommodation)
24/11 - Osaka (8th accommodation)
25/11 - Osaka-SIN (night)

Curious about this part.

16/11 - Oku Hida to Toyama via Alpine route/matsumoto

I assume you are not driving and staying in one of the ryokan in Okuhida Hot Springs and will be taking breakfast in ryokan, so you'll be likely taking the 3rd bus and will be reaching around 14:22 and basically 16/11 will be used for getting to places only.

Bus timetable that I have taken from Nouhi Bus https://www.nouhibus.co.jp/english/

First six days seem very hectic.

Try to carry an overnight bag to Omaki Onsen and forward your luggage to Kyoto. I hope you do know that your trip from Omaki Onsen to Kyoto is at least 4.5 hours including ferry and bus journeys. Also depends on the frequency of the bus and ferry services.

I was thinking of going towards Matsumoto from Oku Hida and going on the Alpine route from Ogizawa towards Toyama and ending the day at Toyama.

Would it be better if I drove?

I was trying to squeeze everything at Hokuriku before Kansai as SQ flies in cheaper and better timing to Nagoya haha. Maybe I'll have to switch it after Kansai instead for a better time.

Well if you still chose to visit Omaki Onsen, do plan your trips (bus and ferry) properly. It took me and my SO around 4 hours to reach Omaki Onsen from Wakura Onsen.

Just a rough idea for you to see how far the bus journey is. From Takaoka station 高岡駅 to Komaki Dam 小牧堰堤.
