Kansai Itinerary feedback.

Will be staying in Kyoto for 3 nights and Osaka for 5 nights in April, travelling with my parents and brother. Wish to seek any feedback if my itinerary is okay. Feel free to suggest any additional stuff too.

Day 1: Arrived in morning. Kyoto
Kyoto imperial palace
Ginkaku-ji Temple
Path of Philosophy(sakura)
Nanzen-ji Temple

Day 2:
Arashiyama
Togetsukyo Bridge
Tenryu ji
Arashiyama Park(sakura)

Day 3:
Fushimi-Inari Taisha Shrine
Kiyomizu-dera Temple
Sannen-zaka and Ninen-zaka
Maruyama Park(sakura viewing)
Gion

Day 4 (Move to Osaka)
Namba Park
Doturburi
Denden Town

Day 5
1. Himeji- Himeji castle ,Kokoen, Mt Shosha
2. Kobe (Eat Kobe beef- any recommendation other than steakland?), harborland

Day 6
Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan
Tampozan ferries wheel
Tenjin shopping street
Anywhere else to go?

Day 7
Nara-Nara Park, Todai-Ji ,Kasuga Taisha
Shisaibaishi Shopping

Day 8
Kuromon Ichiba Market
Osaka Castle
Kema Sakuranomiya Park (sakura tree)
Anywhere else to go

Feel that Day 6 and 8 can probably add more activities but not too sure what else is interesting in Osaka.
Any other day where it is too rush or unrealistic?
Any must eat or recommended eats in Downtown Kyoto or Namba Osaka as we will be staying there.

places i would go include shinsekai for dinner, abeno harukas for viewing platform, and maybe sumiyoshi taisha and drop osaka castle since you are already go himeiji.

Harukas 300 is a good place for view of Osaka, great when you're also exploring Shinsekai/Tsutenkaku on the same day.

Also you could drop by USJ which I feel is one of the best theme parks in Asia or the world.

As what kifo mentioned, once you visit Himeji castle, can drop Osaka castle.

Himeji castle and Matsumoto castle are my fav so far.
