Hi all,

I plan to stay for 2 nights at kaohsiung. Can give recommendation on where to stay and where to go?

If can, can recommend stay for family room because going with 4 adults.

Is it possible to visit kenting in the morning and back to kaohsiung in the evening?

i think shunyu hotel got family rm if not den book 2 rooms lo

go love river, sanduo shopping area, xinjuejiang shopping area, khh85, dream mall e-da mall, cijin, qishan, meinong, maolin scenic area, foguangshan, xiziwan bay etc etc

kenting need at least 2d1n. jounery from khh to kenting is abt 1.5hr by car

Is there any better hotel? Something better then a budget hotel as i travel with parents?

try Holiday Garden Hotel (華園大饭店) or this Royal Group Hotel & Motel (御宿旅館集團) but 2nd hotel dun think got family rm

qishan, meinong, maolin scenic area, foguangshan need take bus n perhaps pte cab
cijin,some walking distance from MRT. then take ferry over. at cijin got taxi, bicycles n trishaw
the rest can b accessable by MRT

still got fongshan old city n lotus lake(tiger n dragon tower) some walking distance from MRT stn

khh got the river cruise(same like sg river cruise) u can try it out

Stayed in golden horse hotel in kaohsiung b4. Room for 3 cost abt 1.6k ntd only.

You can try Kindness Hotel (Xiong Zhong) which is VERY near the Kaohsiung Main Station. My family of four stayed there last December. Room is big enough for 4 adults and the service is fantastic. Our room cost is about S$112 per night (booked thru Agoda). They provide 24 hours coffee and beverages, pop corn and ice cream. From 5 pm onwards, they also serve tea egg and big pau.
