I always keep having the same dream or similar dreams once in a while, the same ppl similar story

anyone also like this?

Malay friend said usually that meant one was nearby and is/was disturbing me.

I am not thinking of this at all

Not sure others, personally have found that often the dreams are related to what one doing in the day. Not say directly but in certain abstract form maybe. Not observant or sensitive enough won't see the link. But there sure will be some relation one. Many just didn't realise so.

Example, one is so engross in a novel story, been reading it whole day. Before sleep also. Its then not uncommon to have dreams relating to the novel story or character in some way. Something one feels strongly about or have a strong opinion about. The dream just play out its own story with bits and pieces from the novel.

Its just the way the brain process the information, especially those that which one have a strong emotional response to perhaps.

My recurring dream aka nightmare is always about being back into secondary school, in an exam hall and facing the nightmarish Maths or Physics paper full of trigo/ gibberish

Always woke up in cold sweat and realised, heng ah I’m long past that stage

Once met a secondary school friend and he had the same recurring nightmare too- was talking cock that we can file a class action against MOE for PTSD hahaha

often I dreamed about reuniting with my loved ones who had passed on years ago ... sometimes in my dreams I knew they had already passed on, in other times I didn't ... but in anyway, it's great to "see" them again in my dreams ...
