Keep getting p-ban - need help

Dear admin,

My ID was novumas and it was banned because of accumulated infractions due to advertisement. The ban was lifted up but i was forbidden to create/modify thread (insufficient privilege)

So I create new ID novumashz with carefully following the rules about advertising. The ID lasted almost 2 years then get banned because of representing a company. I would say this is injustice. I do my personal business from home and I don't have a company or representing a company. The name is just merely a name. If possible I would like to prove that if given a chance.

In order for me to continue getting extra money, I created human-name ID, amryhazel. Didn't last very long, get instant ban for unwanted spam. I don't understand, where is the spam?

amry.hazel is the ID I just created in hope to get some light to how i should overcome the p-ban. I can accept novumas ban was an accumulated infraction, but why novumashz and amry.hazel get instant p-ban? No chance to defend myself.

I began to think that something fishy going on. Is it because I created a competition in sales somebody not happy with me? Why I say like that is because, I can see someone selling similar item for years and never get a ban.

Please shed some light.

by the way, if possible i would like to keep novumas ID, the rest like novumashz, amryhazel and amry.hazel can delete.

again issue with novumas ID is that can't create/modify thread. i don't believe there is a problem with my browser since if i use different id, i can do them.
