How come commanders have to go back on 7th while rest of the bn on 8th?

Commanders usu will go back earlier for advance briefing and settle logistic matter before the main body in-pro

I am being called-up to Kranji Camp 3 for my first reservist under Supply Hub West (1 GSSB) this april.
I know that i will be required to bring SBO but i am not too sure what do i do there as i am a storeman when i ORD-ed.
Anyone from 1 GSSB that can give some information about the ICT there (if its xiong/stay in etc etc)?

And don't ask me which battalion. Coming to 3 years, I still cannot remember except during the 2 weeks of ICT.
I'm just one of those lao peng there to make up the numbers. Will never get to clear my full 10 cycles coz they can only call me back for a few more high keys only.

My unit say bring FBO everything but the schedule is stay out and my friends all say their ICT 1st day don't need to bring anything.

I always bring on the first day and then store in bunk until Out-pro.
