Kenting in April

I have checked some rates for accomodation in Kenting.
There are few types of prices: holiday price / normal price / summer season.

In April 14 during the music festival, isit considered as normal price or holiday price?

WOuld also appreciate it if some recommendations stay (approx 700NTD per night) for kenting are given.

You might consider staying in Hengchun, it's cheaper and a short distance away (bus or taxi or motorcycle)

Stayed in Amanda Hotel for 2 nights around 2 weeks ago. Nice rooms with a very big bathtub in mine. There is a pretty receptionist as a bonus too.
