I clocked an average of 100,000 miles per year. Redeemed 21,250 x 2 for 2 tix to Manila (Taxes $150+/tix) few months ago.

Now back to 100k level again. I think I should keep accumulating and change something further? Luxury? What's are some of the best options? Thanks in advance

For KF miles, try to get business class if possible.

You should redeem some miles for longhaul flights in business class.

Since you easily accumulate miles due to work, you might as well save a few years for that long trip to Europe or US.

Business Class to US. If you can save more, can try city hopping using miles.
