Khmer Rouge, What Exactly Isit?

I recently became interested in the history of the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia, led by Pol Pot, which was responsible for the deaths of an estimated 1.5–2 million people.

I’m curious to learn more about what the Khmer Rouge regime was, how it rose to power, how it governed Cambodia, and what ultimately led to its downfall.

There don’t seem to be many video documentaries covering this dark chapter of history. Does anyone know about this, care to share and discuss?

thing is i dun understand how human beings behave this way, even animal kingdom they at most bite bite around their own species and not to the extend of killing of all their same species, do we see lions kill majority of lions. This pol pot is worst then a beast.
