Hello all,

As i will be travelling with my 2yo child to Tokyo, i am concern about his meals.
I did some research on internet, it seems that there are food like Udon, Tamago sushi, Oyako-don etc, that kids can still enjoy.

However, i would still like to check with you guys, the experience of getting kids friendly food.

For example, I think it is difficult to get kids friendly food at Tsukiji market and i heard Hakone food places closes at 6pm, better get food/breads just in case.

Is there any things i should look out for? like does the small ramen shops have space for toddler?
What about piss alley, is the space too small for 2yo child?

Out of all countries, I think Japan is the kid-friendliest of them all. Even in sushi places in Tsukiji, you can choose cooked sushi or grilled fish instead. If all else fails, just go for rice with miso soup.

You might have a problem finding a seat in small ramen shops or those piss alley type. Maybe go 1hr earlier before their peak hours?

Most restaurants have kid friendly meals and they are relatively cheaper also.
