I'm new to the forum but i have been playing king's raid since the day of its release,also i have been doing quite intensive research on korean king's raid forum, so i hope i can help out in 1 way or another haha. Well since we're talking about unique weapons here, i will give my opinion of the tie-ring of the weapons as follows(& also for the bros that spend on mileage for the weapon):

God Tier
Selene & Dimael(Need to put mp recovery/att runes)
Reina
Gau
Phillop
Rephy
Nalia(only if your team has a high secondary Physical DPS)
Roi(Only makes him somewhat viable because of his weapon)

Tier 1
Pavel
Kasel
Cleo
Clause
Lakrak
Kaulah
Epis
Maria(Only for stall tanky comps)
Morrah
Baudouin
Jane
Fluss
Luna
Miruru
Rodina

Trash Tier
Lorraine
Frey
Demia(Because of the high number of magic users in arena;unless you go full magic block on demia;otherwise great in pve)

This list is only applicable to weapons only, not the hero itself.Hope this helps !

Yes it is, but you need to feed the heroes multiple times. (it seems take 15-20 days)

Guild members need to use stamina for pts ( 1 sta = 1 pt ) the points are used to lvl up the guild or buy the guild buffs

There is a 24 hours cool down after you leave your current guild to switch to another guild.

Yeah I started today! I selected that 2 star from the chapter 1 clear
