Actually lorry driver already can see that several bikers rode past him...then just wait a bit before filtering lor. Knn from the video he die die want to filter asap. Common sense will tell u there could be more bikers behind.
Lorry driver also very reckless and needs to be sentenced harshly.

Probably foreigner, just leave Singapore and can drive again
