Krisflyer miles redemption - waitlist for how long?

[o0KelviN0o]

seems like any random click for Singapore-Bali (return) is on the waitlist... even as far back as August

how long do i need to wait before i know my flight is confirmed?

Really depends on how long the waitlist is and how many people cancel their bookings on the flights you desire.

In the past I've waited a few days from my booking as well as up to a couple of days before the actual flight. Both times I tried to book the flight 3 - 4 months in advance.

Waitlists can clear even on the same day that you are flying..
