Well i seriously think it beats SG's one hands down from the looks of it :D

So it's shifted to Malacca already? :(

Yes, it's in Malacca now shifted from KL. The size of wheel and cabin are smaller than our's one. The entrance fee is cheaper but the Malacca's wheel never trapped people up there for several hours. :s13:

Wah why they shift it to Malacca?

The one at KL was near to the arts museum, which was pretty good.

I'll be heading down KL once again next week just for a short getaway/break from my busy work schedule and due to the tight schedule i have, I only have 2 days available to enjoy there :( Thus reaching Friday morning and leaving Saturday night.

Will be flying there by JetStar, arriving KLIA early in the morning and then proceed to Times Sq (most probably) for check-in. First time taking plane to KL haha due to the cheap price offered, it's almost the same as coach fare :s22:

Anyway, what other nice , good shopping areas around Bukit Bintang or else where ?

The above mentioned like go until sian already :s13: thou, I've never been to MidValley which is pretty out of the way but my friends say also nothing much, not worth to wait in the jam and waste almost 1/4 the day traveling to & fro there.

Was wondering any other nice shopping places ?

My itinerary actually shop as much as possible with my GF after check-in, till as late as possible, then next day go for some nice Spa/relax before we go back to "sad SG" again..

Lastly, anyone know how long's the journey and price from KLIA to Bukit Bintang via cab ?

There is also 1 Utama and The Curve. These are fairly out of the way if you do not drive, but they are huge. MidValley is actually accessible by Kommuter Train from KL, to beat the jams.

The lease at Titiwangsa expired, so it moved to Malacca permanently. It was meant to be temporary in KL, in conjunction with Visit Malaysia Year 2007.

i heard its like RM80-RM100... altho can 'puay' the price... but the traffic there like quite bad...

an alternative is to take the train... either KLIA Ekspres(in-train journey 28mins) or KLIA Transit(in-train journey 35mins) to KL Sentral...
both same price, RM35 per pax/way...,
tiks can buy at its ticketing booths at KLIA & KL Sentral
then take monorail from KL Sentral to bukit bintang... journey approx 10mins (shd be RM2.10 per pax/way if im not wrong)...

Nice rates. Hah.

But basically this is what you can get if you can afford to splurge >S$200 per night which most people go KL do not.
