i rmbed one time when i was taking taxi back home after sending my gf back. I was sitting beside the driver and all of a sudden, i got a urge to turn my head to look behind me. Then to my horror, I really saw 1 lady, dressed in white, can't really see the face. Then i immediately look to the front. The driver told me if I saw anything and i replied yes to him. He said it is normal in his taxi!!!! ~~~ wtf sia.

then i looked at the side mirror on my left and the "apparition" was gone.

thank goodness i reached home safe and sound.

Ok, so its not tampines, but rather simei side, blk 160+. Its less populated, that's for sure. There got 2 churches nearby still cannot suppress.

Actually these are suppose to be everywhere, but some places more than others. Wonder if your cousins are living on lower floor, and did not do any ritual when moved in, and did not set up any prayer altar or whatever related to their religion.

If after moving in, the cousins are often not feeling well in some way, then think for long term peace, unless already decided to move house, better advise get some sort of prayer/blessing done to cleanse the house and immediate surrounding (perhaps with the intend to put a protective cover over house). If not, no good for health if always kanna disturb (sometime initial problem could be health, but may lead to something more serious in the long term). If got children lagi worst as young children are more susceptible to such.

ya i learned this one staying in HK.. 95% of the local there will pray when move into new or resale flat.. theres even a 'package' of stuff u can get from the local jossstick store once u tell them u need a "move in" set..

my cousin there kena once when she move to her new place.. too bz to pray but got sick very bad.. so pray ard the usual (all corner of the hse place orange and pray).. and the day after all recover..

Okay lah, enjoyed so many pages.. my turn liao..

Be warned: preschoolers' grammar, sentence structure and all.. no time for editing man!

I was a trainee in some camp (which I don't wanna name) back then and had a few spooky experiences. Our bunk back then was located on the fifth level of the accomodations block. My bunk mates were made up of friends I knew from BMT and so it was almost a party every night (We stayed up quite late to talk cock and sing song).

Throughout the 2 months training, everyone heard something just before midnight. It could be the sound of heavy chains being dragged across the corridor (Our bunk only has a row of windows and it is not by the corridors, so it wasn't possible to actually see what's going on outside without opening the doors), some rattan broom being swept across the corridor. Weird sounds, probably our imagination? Don't be too quick to judge, read on.

There was this once around 2am, my friend and I was chatting at his bed. And we started hearing the sound of somebody clipping nails from the first bed which is at the extreme left of the bunk. We were dazed and looked blankly at each other. And I suggested that we go take a look...

The two of us crept to bed 1 and we called out "Alv*n.. Alv*n... are you awake?" There wasn't any response and we could hardly see a thing, it was pitch black. The sound of the clipping continued and we rushed for the lights. The sound stopped when the lights were on and Alv*n was soundly asleep on his bed. Not wanting wake up the entire bunk, we switched off the lights and went back to bed.

There were countless other incidents... Like the gust of cold wind my friend felt in an enclosed area... Presence felt and all... But the following incident takes the cake...

The night I was awfully tired, left my cellphone charging at the powerpoint and I dozed off. I woke up next morning and saw more than 10 missed calls from my mom and a text message sent by her.

In her exact words: ''Son, are you ok? You called home last night and you were crying. I asked you what's wrong and you hang up.''

Naturally, I called my mom and asked her what happened. She claimed that I called her last night, I was sobbing bitterly and in between my cries, I was murmuring "mummy.... mummy" that kinda thing. I denied that I called her and instructed my mom not to pick up calls if she sees my number flashing after midnight.

Initially, I thought it was my friends playing a prank on me... and I questioned them... No one admitted to it...

And the strange thing is 1) Checked the call logs, no calls were made out 2) I don't save my mom's number in the phone I use for army.... So how possible it was for someone to dial my mom's number, cried his heart out and even called out "mummy"?

Sensing something was wrong, I had been more careful - I took extra effort not to leave my cell phone charging overnight, even turned it off and locked it up in the locker before bedtime. And my mom didn't recieve any weird calls after that.

It was till 2 weeks before our POP, the 2nd episode began. I couldn't sleep that night and was turning and tossing in bed. And I started hearing muffled crying of a child coming from the corridor, I immediately froze. I started to focus on the sound, it got clearer and was of a child crying... "sob sob... .sob Mummy... sob sob.. Mummy... sob"

I jitao freeze on my bed until it went away for a long time before I saw some movement on the bed opposite mine and I immediately walked over, nudged my friend a little and told him what I've heard......

Sheeesh... Sheeesh... I'm still wondering what was that...

Gosh,

that is scary...

for your mom that is.

I wonder why they call your mom. Is it because you leave your phone unattended?

you saw the 'lady' at the back seat?.... also..... how you look at the bad seat from the side mirror (i assume its the mirror from outside of the car?) it must be really awkward to do so.... :s22:

I'm from Sungei Gedong.

That time, I was just posted there but my unit was packing up to go Wallaby. As I wasn't vocation trained yet, I couldn't go.

My story began after everybody left for Wallaby already. Only one 3rd Sgt was left behind as acting CSM and a couple of new birds including me.

So what happens was, it was a Wednesday and everyone went for nights off. I was lazy to walk that long stretch of road outside hence, I stayed in camp. My bunk was the building beside the cookhouse.

As night comes, the surroundings and the whole building turns dark (cause no one to switch on the corridoor and bunk lights). Imagine, you are the only person inside a whole building and the whole place is in complete darkness except your own bunk.

As my bunk mates haven't returned from nights off and there's nothing to do, I decided to turn in early (about 9pm) and switch off the lights.

During my sleep, I was suddenly awaken by this loud screeching sound of a chair (with metal legs) being dragged across the floor. I was sure the sound came from within my bunk because it was very loud and sounded very close to me.

I daren't not open my eyes and pretended to sleep until I really fall asleep again. It was only I was awaken again before midnight by the switching on of lights with my bunk mates returning.

I do not know who or what make that noise. It can't be my bunk mates cause they all returned near midnight and it can't be other people cause the other floors all went to Wallaby.

freakish.. did he ever have any strange encounters in the house? Windows, sliding windows?

He didn't had any of the incidents.
But that was the only time I encountered that.
It was like closing to 11pm already.
My ex-bf got home closing to 12mn. He left the place at 11.30pm.

He asked me not to go out, if the sounds continue.
Worrying it might be robbers.... But I tell him, I went out already. But no one attacks me or any robber.
In fact, I see no one.

His block, alot alot of aunties and ah ma. Everytime, downstair got "funeral" one. Because alot of old people staying at his block.

Even at times, when we go out till 3am or 4am. I come back home, feels very eerie.

But lucky la, after that time, no more this type of thing already.
I'm not really wanting to "SCOLD" them. In fact, my courage very small small only.
Perhaps I'm overwhelmed by ANGER instead of fear, so I spouted vulgarities & whatever I can think of.

i experienced this on my last cycle, which is last year, when my unit was out for the outfield for the week.. i was having fever, flu and what nots and the M.O did not allow me to go out to the outfield due to my sickness.. so yeah.. i was forced to stay @ my company line.. during that time, i do not know much about the store and clerk guys in my co.. so i sort of like nvr talk or mix with them much.. so the first night, its my first time ever sleeping alone in my bunk (other sections no one liao.. all go outfield).. after talking to my gf on the phone, i switch off the lights, closed the door and snuggle up to sleep.. i already dozed off until i was awoken by a loud BANG coming from one of the lockers opposite my bed.. i was like WTF??.. and that locker was like rocking slowly back to position.. it was my one of my section's mate's locker.. i then say loudly, **** LAH!~:s22::s22:... take my pillow and and just walk out of there.. then i saw the store and admin guys sitting @ the smoking corner which is at the other end of the building.. i walk to them and i asked if i can sleep with them instead.. lol.. they asked why? scared is it?.. i tell them the story.. wah.. they give me 1 stick to smoke and they smoke their last stick and we all sleep together @ their bunk..
