Outside food is mostly trash in that aspect.

That why people always say jian fei is just pure discipline is not true. Is more than that. Is expensive and effort.

If only outside food is healthier and not so expensive.

I tried LCHF diet a few years ago... Yeah, definitely not cheap replacing rice with meat, fats, eating nuts and steel-cut oats etc, basically eating well.

Cannot afford then have to bite the bullet and have some "poison", while finding more ways to expend them before they can do more harm.

You never stated your priorities, so I weighed both. I never advocated for specifically eating trashy hawker food just because it is cheaper. Go back and read again. Too bad if you don't see the points I'm trying to make, because you're blinded by your personal agenda (or anger).
