Hi,

just send my p10 pro for battery replacement,

was told that i will be charged $35 + GST despite having warranty.
The battery cost is only $11.. almost 4 times more..

is this labour fee, something new?

why don't you just tell them that the battery is bleeding?

where did you see that its 11? The 35 should be the battery cost.

they refer me to a website where i can browse the list of replacement parts pertaining to the phone.
at the bottom , they did indicate labour charges of $35 + GST.

lets see, if i can fight for waive.

Maybe newbie staff? The latest T&C did mention 6 months warranty for battery.

yeah, you are right.

the 6 months warranty only covers the basic models, for those higher end, the warranty is 2 years and all are in.

Well, lets see what they gonna say.

My wife had sent the phone on monday, amazingly.. she didnt obtain any receipt/note/proof that she had passed the phone over the collection point..

:(
sometime, really can puke blood.
when you probe more, she start to lose her cool.. :(
