lagging and slow on iPhone 6+

Does anyone experiencing some lagging in the following:

Exit from apps to HOME
slow in auto rotate screen

Not sure is the new iOS9 the cause?

u just updated? newly updated it needs to re-index stuff in e background. should go back to normal after a few hours...
