Actually most of my service in Navy were station at Commando Jetty next to Commando Camp with RPL team. Sending recruits and army personals in and out of Tekong island. I only posted on navy patrol crafts for few mths only during my service. As those warship attachments usually quite long(yrs). Only bigger size warship took parts in further region exercise as such I've never encountered pirates. For small size patrol crafts only sailing in the nearby region of SG water. Usually will have some other patrol crafts nearby in the region as backup incase needs support. Although we don't sailed in pairs.
