True. This area, the nearest condo is Kallang riverside. That cos like 4-5 million for the same space. HDB here only cost 1.1 mil.

I just impressive that quite a few of such supercar folks wanna move into a HDB. I would think they would want a minimum condo.

You are right, maybe really not everyone is interested in a posh house and perhaps some are car lovers and maybe they dun mind a HDB followed by a supercar.

Yes riverine. Ppl scared to buy cos got murder behind the condo, ppl say haunted. Lol. Yes city lights near Lavendar.

ya but kallang riverside really inaccessible if no car so not easy to rent out and nearby no amenities
also the build quality no good, many complaints about the developers from the residents

Last month a new neighbour moved in with a Lamborghini Adventador.

Why are so many rich moving into prime district HDB? Means what ?

Last time i had a sports car, Daihatsu copen, nowhere near this lambo but that thing was a convertible and a very good car. Very cute and actually quite powerful for its size.

Not enough money, stay in hdb. Then if the hdb owner want to try to act rich, then buy expensive cars to try to show he also got money. Visual impression very impt to them. Need to display bluebird pattern.

And cannot sleep well every night.
