Landline Setup

Hello,

Currently, my ISP (Singtel) is providing a free landline (hope, its VOIP) with unlimited free local calls. The connection is directly from my router.

I have a spare "Panasonic KX-T7730" landphone with me, i tried to connect it, but, it's not working with about setup. However, it's working fine @my office.

what will be the issue?
