Language class with replacement lesson

I am trying to learn a new language but due to work commitments, I am not able to attend classes regularly on the same day. The previous place where I was studying (ikoma), allowed me to attend free replacement classes on other days (the sch has classes of the same pace every day) when required. May I know if there’s similar schools for learning French or any other languages besides Japanese?
Was thinking private lesson but is too costly.
