At most you can add a SSD or add more RAM, both of them will improve loading/response time but neither of them will improve the FPS by a huge amount.

some laptop that come with no graphics card you can add I suppose because it's just another removable chip like the cpu... I don't know if there are shops that can help you with putting it or do they require soldering, but it might be possible. Just very expensive.
