Laptop can't start

Was watching 1080p videos and uploading photos on Facebook. The flash player crashed a few times and graphic card stopped a few times too...
Then suddenly the laptop showed that there's a problem and needs to be restart.

After restart, The laptop goes through the window loading page but after that it didn't go to the welcome screen to log into my account. The screen starts to show those matrix stuffs.
Is it because my graphic card spoilt?
Where can I fix it?

replacing a graphics card for a laptop can be very difficult and expensive because for laptops the graphics card are usually soldered onto the motherboard.

try to run one of those linux live cd first. if it can work then most probably is just some corrupted driver issue.

is it possible to get the files out from my laptop?

because sometimes when i on my laptop, i can still get to a bluescreen to ask me if i want to troubleshoot the problem.

is it like taking the hdd out from my laptop and connect it with cable to my comp?

yes, all u need is a sata + power to usb cable. You can use a hdd external enclosure as well. Dont pay someone else to do it for you if thats where the private conversation is heading. Its a simple thing to do.
