should be looking at all if u are going to do some intensive cad. cpu should look at i7 core. gpu look for nvidia quadro cards. ram maybe around 16 gb? the msi ws60 looks good to find ur bill! comes with 3k screen also

if you are using for school, some schools offer lenovo W540 for 2k
i think its a great laptop but its a bit heavy
if you're not a student then i guess those 2k msi laptops are fine, back then my friends use normal acer laptops for rendering

Will those gaming laptop b adequate? Budget only 2k

depends on the intensity of cad that ur running gaming laptops card is nvdia gtx series which are meant to run games. the quadro cards on the other hand are made to run programs like cad etc. therefore are used in workstation laptops. if you think you wouldnt be doing those really high intensive cad projects then just go for a gaming laptop will do

aftershock is a good brand. local brand heard provides really good after sales services. if u dont mind the weight and size of the xg17 then go for it. for sure better than the asus and msi ones that u listed. if not why not consider the 15 inch aftershock xg 15?

in my opinion i think the current asus laptops are not very good. maybe the NX500 and GX500 which are launching soon would be much better. coupled with poor after sales service mentioned in several threads in this forum.
