laptop for photoshop

Hi can anyone suggest a laptop for photoshop? not really a heavy duty user. Just using to design some posters and stuff. Budget below 1k would be good thanks!

Photoshop isnt 3d rendering. You can do on any laptop, hopefully with 4gb ram.

Photoshop requires a lot of RAM. Cos when your pictures are huge, and I mean huge like > 1 GB, your system will completely lock up... so 8 GB RAM or more is better. 4 GB is the bare minimum to run Win 8.1, so you're not getting much left over for Photoshop. My preference is 16 GB and an SSD. You don't need a very powerful graphics card nor a super powerful CPU. Any Core series processor or even Core M processor or Celeron/Pentium or AMD is enough...

yeah you would need a lot of ram like others suggested. I think Acer offers quite a lot of 8GB ram laptop at <1k pricing. and some even have basic graphic card (it's better than nothing right?). I got Acer V5 for $900 and it's working great so far
