laptop or desktop for office

Hi all,

I am wondering which is more suitable for office use. Since there is the PIC scheme to claim, thinking of changing the PC system.
Workstation mainly for office applications ie, databases, and a little simple graphic editing.

By the way can laptop to link up with external monitor and work simultanously?

yes . can hook up to a monitor no problems at all

yes. laptop can link to ext monitor
but feels v weird when u use it as extended screen
also feels hot even watching hd video

can build mini itx or just upgrade your current one with ssd

good thing about using a laptop in your office is that it has a battery built in, so in case power trip, you can still carry on working...

so must buy a laptop with a good warranty... lol... i just got my 2 yr old battery replaced by Fujitsu

All depends whether your office ppl need mobility.

If no, get a desktop which is cheaper and less taxing on the eyes
