Laptop recommendation

Hi guys, im sourcing for a laptop for my sales team and im not sure which is best. Only have this few criteria which my colleague came out with which i totally have no idea about, hope you guys can help;

CPU: Dual-core CPU
RAM: 8GB maximum
Networking: Wifi specification with "802.11"
Screen: 15inch
Battery Life: long battery life
STORAGE: As big as possible cos will be putting in alot of video for sales presentation
Peripheral Ports: Projector, video ports, 2-3 usb ports
Graphic: GPUs Normal
Light Weight
Have build in CD-Drive
Budget below $1000.00

These days light weight and having a cd-drive are like asking for chicken rice without the chicken.

But jokes aside, I believe those with the drive are likely to weigh around 1.8kg.
