laptop take too long to load firefox

izzit my laptop is old? its sony vaio 2010 i3 processor.. sigh i tink its time to change?

Either reinstall or just change to Chrome.
Firefox wise, it is really hardware dependent meaning
newer version older hardware may struggle.
