laptop thermal paste replacement

so cus my laptop has lately been overheating when playing games ( up to 90 celcius before throttling ) i decided to experiment myself with taking apart the heat sink before buying some isopropyl alcohol and thermal paste to replace. Problem is got 3 super tiny screw like 1mm in radius. How do i remove those? i dont even think phillips screwdriver can LOL :s13:

or if anyone could recommend me a great service.. :)
