Laptop unable to read CD

Hi

I encounter this problem recently and unable to solve it. When i insert the CD into the CD Rom for my laptop, it won't auto run. When i double click on the icon, the CD pop out. i have tried other CD and the problem still persist. i am able to load the same CD on other PC. Pls advise. Thanks.

If your laptop is out of warranty, can go SLS and look for a replacement. Cost about $20-30.
