laptops upgrade

hi guys,

currently i have a acer aspire 4749z.

Specs:
intel core B960 processor
intel hd graphics
2 gb ddr3 memory
500 gb hdd
windows 7 prof (not activated. lost my product number)

if i where to change my ram to 4gb or 8gb, how much will it cost respectively?
im also thinking of buying new windows 7 prof or home premium, how much will it cost?
i tried looking at princepanda.com.sg but wasnt sure if its reliable..
and one last thing.. is there a water cooling for laptops??

u might post in the wrong forum...

first u have to check of u can upgrade the rams...
some are soldered....
u can open the underside and check..
then u can buy ur self and upgrade not hard at all..
look for youtube
win 7 is about 120
