Hi,

Need some advice on some laptop modals that have removable battery. (Preferably gaming modals but not looking for high end)

Reason being is that I do not want to overcharge the battery and affect the battery life when I am plugged in. I do not want a laptop with integrated battery that has a program that prevents the battery from charging to a certain threshold as it don't really help much - I used to have a laptop issued by my company that has this program that automatically prevents the battery from charging past a certain %, but since my work laptop is always plugged in like 99% of the time, the battery life eventually still dropped to like 5 mins after 2-3 years of usage. Would prefer to look for models that has win10 pre-installed instead of win11 as well as I still don't trust newly released OS.(I lost my entire drive of data back then when win10 was just released and some stupid update caused my labtop which I bought back then to go into a BSOD loop.)

This model has a removable battery but it seems to be out of stock locally.

Not sure if this exists today. It's all the same. Laptop batteries tend to give way after 2-3 years of use. When it's done just replace it. Also if you need additional power, check if the laptop supports thunderbolt powerbank charging and get a suitable powerbank.
