Mi Max 3 & Honor 8x Max under $300. Honor Note 10 under $300 a few months ago in Aliexpress but no longer now. All around/above 7" screen and 85mm wide.

Both Honor phones are Chinese ROM but can purchased with GMS/Google Store already installed from Aliexpress. Mi Max can get Global Rom export sets.
