Hi guys, can anyone recommend me any brand or model for laser printer that is suitable for office usage. As i need quality images and most importantly with onsite warranty. Currently my office does not have any IT department/staff. Thus will prefer brands that includes free service for technician to come down to my office to help me set up my network printer.

Hi,

It depends on the monthly print volume so that you can determine if you are getting a high end or entry level printer. Most of the high end printer normally come with onsite warranty. As for free service, normally, they will quote you an installation fee, if not, they will have already mark it into the quotation. Hope this help.

Hi, my office is using konica minolta 1690mf laser printer. Been using it for few years already, it can print up to 2500 paper in one toner for B&W. The quality of the image also not bad. And they will send their people to your office to setup the printer for you.

So what you meant is Konica Minolta actually provides free installation? does that include setting up network printer ?

Just buy Fuji Xerox CM205fw if you dont need double side printing.

Print copy scan fax with wifi $529 usual price $649

Promo now is + $50 ntuc vouchers and 4000 mAH powerbank from energizer worth $79
Exclusive of challenger member: you get extra 1x black toner from their outlet (Good deal imho)

Then buy compatible toner from me hehe!
hahah drum under warranty for 4 years*

1st 2 years parts and labour free
next 2 years parts free but got $60 labour charge

If not maybe HP M175nw $529

warranty 3 years

But this model printing speed for colour is very slow at 4 ppm only compared to fuji xerox one which is at 12 ppm.

I rather you buy good printer then get ppl to setup for you at market rate $80-$100 for 2 computers. Or even better, DIY and self setup cause now a days it is easy to set up all these kind of entry level printer. If people bundle in installations, it means that their printer is not user printer. Probably they received lots of complain of setup difficulties thats why they bundle it in.

Hi, Dont mind explaining more clearly about what u meant by printer w wifi? u meant the model is build in w wifi broadcast capability or u mean we can print wirelessly thru wifi without connecting any cable(RJ45 Lan Cable) to the printer.

Or do you mean the printer is built-in with WIFI broadcast compability or still we need to connect the printer to the router setup

Inside the printer will have wifi broadcast capability which will wirelessly link to your router for the network connections
