Any recommended doctors and referral codes for EEC (other than Dr Julian Theng cos he's too packed)? Is Dr Val Phua good? Does anyone has a referral code for him? I'm looking at TransPRK (i.e. No Touch Laser Epi-LASIK). Does anyone also know the price for TransPRK? Thanks!

Hi buibnix, how's your surgery? Is Dr Val Phua good? Tried to book an appointment with EEC and gotten Dr Val Phua for lasik consultation in coming Jan. Do you still have his referral code?
