I started by booking the appointment of SMILE for my wife with Dr. Theng, who is very popular and need 3 months waiting time. However, Dr Theng does not do SMILE, as the clinic that Dr Theng works does not have ZEISS VISUMAX. So I changed my wife's appointment to
Dr Lim Wee Kiak
at Royal Square at Novena clinic in 2 weeks. And I booked an appointment with Dr Theng for myself which is 3 months later.



My wife's SMILE surgery goes well, and she got good recovery. She said Dr Lim is really professional and recomendded me to switch to Dr Lim. As I am looking for the sugery of femo-lasik, I sent emails to clinic to check what equipment that they use. The replied emails told me that in the Royal Square clinic, we can choose ZEISS visuMAX plus Swichwind 1050RS, which is actually the topest equipment combinations for femto-lasik, and the other clinics just have 'normal' or 'regular' equipment for lasik. Based on the information collected, I decided to reschedule the appointment with Dr Lim.



The surgery was did a week ago, and everything goes well. My degree is Right 700, left 600 plut 200 ati. I am very happy with the recovery results.For femo-lasik and SMILE, I recommend Dr Lim. If anyone need referral for Dr Lim, sent me a message.

Above are just solely based on my own personal experiences - have benefited much from this forum and wanted to “give back” as well :)
