hey guys! gonna get my new gaming rig tmr. just have a few questions before that.

1. should i use a PCI-E wireless card or adapter, or something else? my router is in the living room and my new pc is going to be in my room, about 10m away. what are my options for the best internet speeds?

2. how many PCI-E slots does MSI B85-G41 PC MATE have?

3. Dell S2340L 23" Monitor or AOC e2461Fwh 24" monitor? my friend says Dell is sharper and all but i'm not sure.

dont worry about the budget :) thanks for any help!

1a. Drill a hole in the wall separating the 2 rooms and pull a LAN cable over.

1b. Get a pair of homeplugs to connect via home electrical wiring. Do this for newer homes.

2. Googling tells you there are 4 slots.

3. Dell FTW.

1) Ideally, get a PCI-E wireless adapter for the best internet speeds as the PCI-E slot offers the most bandwidth for your data. USB dongles tends to offer the worst performance due to the limited data bandwidth of the USB 2.0 port.

2) 1X PCI-E 3.0 X16, 1X PCI-E 2.0 X16, 2X PCI-E X1

3) The Dell has an IPS screen which is said to have better colour reproduction while the AOC has a TN screen which is cheaper to produce and has faster pixel response rate.
