Off topic, what’s the best way to report a Seller on Lazada and resolve this issue - For very poor timely response, not honouring delivery timeline and still unresponsive and order not yet delivered. I’m talking about “TECHA”.
Rather than report, if cannot wait how about cancel the order? Return/refund and cancellation.
And do check the chat if seller did inform about the order...
