For those on teams, is it just a daily reset thing?

I read through the "how to play" and it says "maximum of 1 action, either join team or create team per day", so it kind of makes sense that teams reset in case team members want to become their own team leader?

Also I'm curious for those who have played both as team member and team leader so far can share your experience what is the difference?

no bah, the redeem now also advertised that. basically is like all other big team fights aiming for people to download Laz app and click etc, so probably more for those social media people to be team leaders to get people.
the first time create team gives those missions as others showed get 40 people, get 300 daily logs. the 300 gives 80k daily, so if hit daily you get 880k? thats like the bulk of the promised tokens but getting the ridiculous number is an issue for normal peeps. next up is try get 40 people for 5k, then the rolls from members. so basically the leaders earn mainly from getting members. members roll and get the roll tokens - you add them for the 11 day duration (is that right?) then will be short of a few k promised tokens not sure from which mission. whether they provide more if they are more members i dont know. you guys got to give the figure for your rolls and member size to compare, but doesn't seem to be too far off considering the promised up to 27.5k.
but if members go start team the promised tokens become lower because already joined team before - those who joined can see, but basically if you cant get members, suc.k thumb join team and guai guai roll your daily dice bah.
that is what i perceive bah. if it's wrong, can correct me.

I tried both and the only difference I saw is that the team leader has an additional option to give 1000 of own Energy to team members daily as support. The other bonuses available and amounts seem to be the same for leader and member. So actually no difference and maybe better to be team member (of a large active team without many clones, to earn to total rolls bonus). The game instructions about teams are (as typically) a little confusing, or perhaps it could be intentional to encourage more people to start own teams to invite more friends to the app instead.
