My top banner in Daily tab shows 44 pink trophy 179k/190k.
Does "Pass 1 level" mean accumulate 190k pink trophy and move to 45?

To level up, you need to increase your number of fans. You now have 179k fans, you need 11k more fans to level up. Top left, right under the studio is the amount of fans you can get for free per day. Building gives you fans as well but not much. Drawing clothes give you fans but very very little and provided you can draw something that you do not already owned.

No need bother about this mission, impossible to complete. Even if you have billions of dollars to spam the building today. Tomorrow you also cannot complete 200k fans or so for next level. Moreover the buildings got cap.
