You mean it doesn't pop up the apps? I use chrome to click these links as Samsung default browser didn't always bring you to the apps.

oh, no no, not redirecting to app issue. hmm yours is default browser already ,by right settings already set to redirect to the app,unless browser settings has something that blocks it?
what I meant for my case is clicking the tap link re-directs to voucher page , then I got to click into the Tap page to check, if within quota there will be a pop-up indicating I have helped.
if I run out of quota ,or the receiver has maxed helped or somehow the click went wrong, there will be no pop-up indicating I helped . for song earlier and mostly yours, I clicked and went into Tap page to check. no pop-up , but I was able to click someone else's right after and get a claim for that help. then song gave new link (not sure if generated from same acc) and I was able to get the pop-up and a claim. (so the first click which registered nothing did not deduct my quota)

Oh ok. So far, all those I clicked landed me at the voucher page. Btw what is the quota for tap?
