My regular exchange partner just informed me that he had harvested his Lazland tree but unable to continue further cos the $3 LazCash voucher is out of stock. So he's going to send a feedback to the CS team too.

Do you have any update from the CS team yet?

Hi! I actually kept going back in to try redeeming and I managed to get it. I don't remember what time it was (I remember wondering if the "quota" for redemption will reset at midnight etc). I tried reaching out to CS the other day but really didn't have time to wait - the app actually lagged out on me somehow, I got connected but the screen was stuck on waiting ?!?!?? But so yes. Sorry I'm not able to share more information!
