Last time I have the post order review that gave 100 coins for every order, now don't have already. Occasionally Lazada gave 40 coins but it's many orders then have one. I also don't have self collect, the cheapest I still need to pay $0.60 for postal mail. Envy you that you still have these that I don't have :cry:

Same here.
No more laz coins order review and self collection all must pay at 60c.
Worse is singpost delivery the system don't update upon delivery.It takes close to 1 week then the status update and if you have refund under it,it got stuck just as long.Inform CS also do not see any immediate action.Lazada return/refund policy is the worse mostly siding seller over buyer.

Self-collection depends on the sellers, not all sellers offer the option for self-collection.

Lazada no longer offers LazCoins for order reviews, but now provides LazCash instead. Additionally, you can earn 10 coins for each logistics review after an order is delivered.

Lazcoins no much use? The ones I get from check in more than enough. Unless I'm missing something?
